This is a rare opportunity for a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to step into immediate volume, supported by a robust referral network, ownership opportunities, and the ability to practice the full breadth of ENT in a collaborative, growth-focused setting.

Compensation & Benefits: • $750,000+ earning potential with base salary + bonus. • $40,000 sign-on and relocation package. • Partnership track: ASC ownership after just one year. • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401(k) with match, CME allowance, Pension, PTO, and more.

Practice Highlights: • Established Allergy/Immunotherapy clinic + thriving Audiology program (3 audiologists offering vestibular testing, hearing aid sales, BAHA/OSIA, cochlear implants, and tinnitus management). • Fully equipped for otology and vestibular work, while welcoming general ENT. • In-office procedures: Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation, Latera, Ultrasound with FNA.
